Steve is a native of Portland, Oregon, and a graduate of Gonzaga University. Achieving the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army after graduation, Steve was in Private business until earning his real estate license in 1969. Steve has owned his own real estate company and has taught numerous training classes. He was President & Realtor of the Year for the largest board of realtors in Oregon. He moved to Crested Butte in 1988 and has enjoyed a successful career here. Steve lives in Mt. Crested Butte and is extremely knowledgeable of the area. Steve and his wife, Judy, have horses and spend many hours riding in the mountains surrounding the Crested Butte area.
